Tools That Power My Best Campaign In 2025

Updated: Apr 11, 2025

In the 2025 Era, where attention spans are shrinking and visuals speak louder than words, the ability to turn ideas into eye-catching content is not optional: it's essential. As a PR and marketing professional working with limited resources and fast-moving timelines, I rely on powerful, free and low-cost tools to bring campaigns to life. My go-tos? In this blog, you will learn about my secret platforms have become my creative toolkit and have helped me execute everything from social media reels and infographics to promotional videos and event posters. Here's how I use each and combine these 3 applications in a Campaign!

1. Creating and designing content on Canva:

I use Canva when I need to come up with brand-backed visual content that's easy to interact with and easy to produce within little time. Whether for creating Instagram reels, posts, infographics, event posters, or e-newsletter headers, the greatest aspect of Canva is that it allows me to work quickly and wisely.

What I love the most about Canva:

  • Pre-built Templates: which still allow for extensive customization

  • Brand Kits: for consistency of font, logos, and colour across campaigns, a branded colour guide

  • Effective Collaboration: software for use with customers and team members

I utilized Canva in signboard and cycling promo graphics creation for events, branded marketing materials like- swags, giveaways of slap bracelets, posters, proposals for business, social media and infographic decks.
